Another art done! This time it's for a festival in a neighboring city. 
The theme is 'Festival',
and we are required to include their kitty mascot in the picture! (which I... put on the bottom because I HONESTLY DUNNO WHERE ELSE IT CAN GO)
And YES as you guys can guess I rushed this picture, because I just have to prepare for this tradi art contest in a campus and WHERE BE MY TRADI SKILL I'm just asdajfhfk-ing since both this pic and the art contest are due this Sunday.
